Housing Leeds Investment Strategy Team 

Part of their role is to deal with land enquiries. They are also engaged in a city wide appraisal of vacant “housing”  land and garage sites, and they are represented on the Feed Leeds committee. Anyone looking for land, contact Tom for an introduction. (Added August 2017)

Home Grow Your Own

is a project dedicated to inspiring student and permanent residents around Leeds to start growing their own food! We are running a series of action days across the LS6 Leeds area, providing participants with compost, planters and seeds, and guiding them through growing their own food from scratch. The Real Junk Food Project

is a Community Interest Company aiming to abolish waste food produce through a self-sustainable approach and feeding those that are food insecure. We have land available to grow food and we also have an Urban Guerrilla Garden side project which we need volunteers and locals to become involved in, so that it is able to reach as many people as possible and so many can benefit from it. Catholic Care (Seacroft)

We are a Voluntary Agency and have been providing a service for adults with mental health issues in Seacroft for the past 18 years, and are looking to further develop the service we provide and generate new services within the local area.We 

are looking to create a community based 'garden' in Seacroft (LS14 6TL) to provide a green space to grow food, a  Childs play area and a sensory garden - Mind, Body & Soul.The land  is located on the corner of Foundry Mill Mount and Foundry Mill Street. Kirkstall Community Garden 

is a not for profit organisation founded by local kirkstall resident Paul Long & is run by a committee of volunteers guided by a constitution with the aim to provide the kirkstall community with free access to edible growing space - Everyone is welcome & membership is free. We have 2 growing sites at the moment 1. The Merry Monk Pub on kirkstall hill 2.
